Pennsylvania has supported the SkillUp™ PA initiative by allocating tax dollars to spearhead the implementation of this online learning portal. The SkillUp™ PA project is now 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an Employment Service (Wagner-Peyser) Grant totaling $25,495,368.
